This is the first dev-log I'm writing, Idk if this will become a common thing or not, but today I felt like it 

So today I added and changed the following things:

Profile ban reasons

They used to be a small text, not very visible, it annoyed me

so now they look like this:



Auto-complete mentions

Tagging someone is really easy now, you can just enter the first 2 letters of their username and select them from the list (and yes, it works in the shoutbox too, but you can just keep clicking their pfp)



I might have to get rid of this once the forum grows, but we'll see

View your own login IP logs

You will now be able to view your login IP history in the usercp, here: https://vortexmarket.cc/usercp.php

This might seem scary (just wait until you learn that every website logs your IP, that's how the internet works ), but its actually very useful - if you notice unusual logins, report it to us

Things I'm working on

The following things are updates that I would like to add in future updates, this does not mean that they're ready (or will be anytime soon) but that I'm working on them

• 2FA for your account
  
• Shoutbox tabs and tag sounds
  
• more emojis, username icons and awards
  
• custom backgrounds for the header
  
• a forum logo that changes the color with your custom theme color
  
• a DWC / Deal with caution tag for profiles
  

Additions I decided to NOT include:

Reputation levels - I thought of creating a system where you have a little banner that gets upgraded every 25 reputation points or so, but I've dismissed it due to users probably wanting to abuse this

More advanced likes and like stats - I probably won't include anything related to likes that would make them useful in any way anytime soon, this is because I don't want users to focus on likes, I don't want anyone to spam low quality or stolen content for likes, this is not a leak forum, it's a marketplace forum

More arcade games - while it is totally possible for me to add more games, 99% of them won't track any stats or high scores, I feel like this ruins the purpose of them, what do you think?
