On the 31st January we've received this email: [SCREENSHOT] which ended up in our spam filter. I therefore haven't seen it, until now.
It was sent under the name "MarkScan Enforcement", the email it was sent from used the domain "@markscan.in", which has since been suspended.
Furthermore, the domain "markscan.in" did not use the same hosting provider as the companies official website "markscan.co.in".
A few more points:
In case that I am wrong I highly encourage the copyright holder "Crunchyroll, LLC" to reach out to us via an official company email.
Details on how to contact us can be found on our DMCA page.
Best regards,
Princess - VortexMarket Administration

A few more points:
- No full name was given, the signatory "Vishal" does not include a full name, title, company name (MarkScan), or contact details
- There was no clear legal basis or jurisdiction (e.g., U.S. copyright law, DMCA, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act)
- No clear legal consequences were stated
- No specific threads / topics were linked, just VortexMarket as a whole
