- Site rules are non negotiable, failure to comply will result in an account termination.

- Fraudulent activities such as carding are strictly prohibited, resulting in a permanent account termination.
- Doxxing or trying to gather personal information with the intent to harm other members is prohibited, doing so will lead to an account termination.
- Attempting to infect or steal from other members is prohibited, doing so will lead to a permanent account termination.
- Engaging in threatening/insulting behavior towards other members is prohibited, doing so will lead to a 7 day suspension.
- Abusing the report function will be punished via a warning to a 3 day posting & shout box suspension.
- Multi-accounting or account sharing is strictly prohibited, each member is limited to a single account. Create multiple accounts will void your ability to appeal a ban.
- Abusing the any stat system is prohibited, this includes activities such as trading or demanding stats. Doing so will result in a temporary suspension and getting your stats wiped.
- Using BB-Codes in the shout box is prohibited. Doing so might result in a temporary ban.
- Posting child-porn anywhere is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.
- Posting or using the shout box while being on a temporary account to appeal your ban will lead to a permanent ban.
- Do not use BB-Codes on titles, doing so will result in a punishment.
- Posting referral/affiliate links without including a non-referral/non-affiliate link is forbidden. Doing so will result in a punishment.
- Do not beg for any kind of donations. Doing so will result in a punishment.
- When making giveaways, you must pick the winner in reasonable time (24h - 7 days) and give the winner a reasonable time to claim the price(eg. 24 hours).
- Posting on a scam report you are not directly involved in will receive a warning. Continuing to do so will result in a temporary suspension.
- Selling a custom usergroup and/or ownership of a custom group to another forum member is prohibited. Custom usergroups, if they are available, can only be purchased directly from VortexMarket Administration/Owner.
- Members are asked not to act as "back seat moderators". Please just use the report feature to report the posts.
- Members must post only in English at all times, as this is an English speaking community. Posting in any other language other than English will lead in a warning/suspension.
- Posting a sales-thread on behalf of another member isn't allowed, this includes all of the members that may have been banned from VortexMarket as well or that aren't part of it.
- The use of monetizing links such as (but not limited to) adf.ly or similar sites is forbidden. This wont earn you any money worth spamming for so dont even bother. The use of such links will lead in a warning/suspension.
- Giving continously unjustified reputation, as a favor or because you dislike a user for example, will be considered reputation-abuse and leads in a permanent ban without a warning.
- Asking for reoutation on a giveaway- or contest-thread is not allowed and will lead in a warning/suspension.
- Asking for reputation in any way, regardless of form, is not allowed. This will lead in a warning/suspension.
- Cracking and sharing a software that is being sold on VortexMarket by another member is prohibited and will lead to a permanent ban without a warning.
